1. Double purchases will be refunded upon request. Send us a notecard with your transaction details and we will be happy to assist you.

2. All our products are NOT exchangeable.

3. Redelivery are possible. We have a redelivery terminal installed at our Second life main store.

4. Inventory Loss - Our customer can request replacement by using our redelivery terminal.

5. All Sales are final and any situations below will not warrant any refunds.

  • Wrong purchases
  • gift sending to the wrong person
  • transferring the purchases to an alt

6. We reserves the right to refuse any request to mod, customs or adjustments. Please try out our demo before making any purchases.
